Installation

Call for a free estimate and we will set up a time that works best for you to survey your property and listen to your needs.  We run a series of test to ensure you will get an accurate estimate and not have added costs at the end of the job.

Now it’s time to get started.

* We call safe dig and mark all underground lines as well as accruing proper permits.

* We mark were sprinkler heads for complete coverage of the turf areas or planter beds.

* We tie into the water supply, either city water or well water, and install backflow preventers, by a licensed plumber if require.

* Finding the best location for your irrigation controller starts the process.

* The average system has five zones but that number depends on your water supply.

* Once the supply line is full of water and checked for leaks, we run through all of the zones.

* When the system is complete we make sure you know how to property operate the system controller.

Maintenance

Even if we don’t install your sprinkler system, we offer full service maintenance to any irrigation system. Head leaks and brown spots in the lawn are problems we can solve. We service all brands and issues.

* Activation – We will schedule when it’s time to turn on the system and check to make sure it is working properly. No need for your to worry about freezing lines. We set up the controller for proper watering depending on the soil type, shade or not shade.

* Service call – If you have an issue – leaks, heads not working, controller not turning one – we are then to help.

* Add ons – Are there areas not being irrigated. Call us.

* Winterize – In the late fall we come out and blow out the irrigation system and shut it down for the winter.
